The hotel facilities were good.We had noty arranged our evening meal and ho[ped to get into the restaurant.Unfortunately we were not advised there was a private party. But there was great tapas on site:)

Was upgraded from a single room to a double room. Now had 9 square meters and could place my luggage somewhere. Space is precious in London, but you have to pay a lot for the square meters in this hotel. Now it was fine. A plus was the good wifi connection and of course the wonderful location near Soho.

Price is steep, I did not take the breakfast as I found 18 pounds a bit high.

It was a little bit too noisy for my taste. The superior double room was a bit 'small' for what we paid - but that's London I guess .....

No strong opinions one way or the other. Good location but hotel looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Single room was uncomfortably small even for London. A very average hotel. Have previously stayed in myhotel Brighton which was a much better experience.

It's a decent centrally located hotel but incredibly expensive due to the miniature rooms. The hotel staff are outgoing, professional and friendly.

The hotel loses several points on room size. Indeed, it has very small rooms, no refrigerators available to guests. I could hardly find a place for my baggage. In general, the hotel has narrow spaces and is very expensive for what it offers

Comfortable room, wonderful staff and a perfect location for exploring central London. Great wi-fi within the hotel (and within my room) made working easy, though I wish my room had had a desk (the description indicated that it did when I booked). By the end of my 6 day stay, I felt very at home at myhotel.

My room smelled like cigarettes when I arrived, I believe because it was situated over an air shaft where people smoked occasionally. Leaving the window opened helped, but I was a bit disappointed as the smell in the room was, at times, very unpleasant. I did find myhotel to be a bit expensive, but the location was perfect for my purposes for this trip, so I didn't mind paying a bit more for a short commute to school. However, I may look for a slightly less expensive option for my return trips.

Excellent location for shopping, theatre and dining out - really achieves the "London Experience". Hotel was smart yet had an intimate vibe.

Compared to the myhotel Brighton, Standard Double room felt slightly cramped for two people and a bit dark. - had to upgrade to Superior Double.

The bar room staff were the most service oriented, offering suggestions on what they recommended to drink and eat.

The cleaner walked in twice early in the morning around 7 am, once when I was in the bath, and then 1/2 later when I getting ready to go to breakfast.

    Location and the bar

My room was cold. The radiator in the room was only half on and the towel heater was also only half on. I thought it was overpriced. I have stayed at the hotel before and had much better rooms.

Seeing a staff member from my very first visit at myhotelbloomsbury (jan2003) who is still there; being remembered by them & the hotel; & STILL, after all those years, being treated like a treasured guest!

The hotel was in the process of face lifting, I.e, expansion, painting, etc. during my short visit. The inconvenience of this was minor. Sadly, Myhotelbloomsbury no longer has it's library w/computers available for guests--a very good reason, i would book here. While Wi-fi is available, the access of computers is greatly missed! (Btw, internet cafes are now difficult to find in London.)

This remains for me the most pleasant hotel in this part of London.

The kitchen had closed at 10:00pm on the evening I arrived obliging me to go out in the rain to find dinner.

I felt like I was in a hostel 20 years ago, but with a very high price tag.

Not alot to be honest. The location was the best part as it was central to where i wanted to go/visit.

Alot. The web site promised so much more (as they all do i suppose) but it was dissappointing more than anything else. This weekend was a surprise break for my wife and the Hotel almost spoilt it. The staff (bar two) that i met were unhelpful and distant. We were put in a room where telly wasnt working (not the end of the world) but on requesting that it be fixed we didnt find out that it couldn't until i contacted reception again. I Had to request to be moved room.- - - it wasnt offered. At Breakfast on first morning i was told i had only booked continental breakfast. I never book continental. Eventually got hot breakfast. At Breakfast on 2nd Morning we were left sitting there for 15 mins and when we eventually inquired at reception about who was serving breakfast a lady came to us and again said we only booked continental and that all the Bacon was gone but that she "would send boy to shop for Bacon" This was 10:20am. Breakfast was to be served until 11a.m. I left the Hotel and paid for breakfast else where. In all honesty does this sound like a proffessional establishment? NO IT DOES NOT. - - I AM NOT a serial complainer or anything like that but when one plans a weekend like that it would be nice for it to be a little special. Friendly helpful staff would have made so much of a difference. And because i booked it through your service the Staff blamed every thing on that. They replied --- There is nothing we can do when i asked for a discount because we did not receive breakfast on the 2nd morning. There records showed that i booked continental and they said that that was the information they got from you.
